Ryan has worked in financial services since he was 18 years old. Working his way through various jobs within the banking industry he eventually went onto his first Mortgage advice role in 2013.
His final job before setting up Key mortgages and Protection was working for a large mortgage broker firm where he won several awards for service and performance. Ryan felt that he could take his vast wealth of knowledge he has gained to make the process of getting a mortgage much easier and therefore decided to set up Key mortgages and Protection to make that difference to customers at the beginning of 2020.
Ryan was born in Nottingham and other than a few years away in Lincoln and Leicester has lived and worked in Nottingham all of his life. He is a keen footballer and golfer and loves to talk travel as well.
Cathy worked as a customer service officer in the NatWest bank for 35 years before being made redundant in 2014.
More recently she has worked within the civil service before moving to Key Mortgages and Protection to work with Ryan in July 2020. Outstanding customer service has always been of the utmost importance to Cathy and her skills gained from working on the frontline at NatWest are invaluable to this business.
Cathy is the first person our new clients speak to when they make an enquiry and she ensures that our high service standards are met throughout our client's journey with us. She is also our social media guru as well as running the office on a day to day basis.
Outside of work Cathy enjoys time with her family, pottering around in the garden and you can often find her out and about chatting to people in the local area.
Ellie took over from Cathy as our Client Manager in January 2020. Ellie comes with over three years of experience having worked in a similar role for a large Mortgage Broker firm prior to joining us. Prior to this she attended college where she studied Psychology, Sociology and Law.
Ellie ensures all of our clients have a smooth journey by keeping them up to date and informed on a regular basis. She is the main point of contact for all of our clients through the mortgage process and is there to deal with everything from start to finish.
Outside of work, Ellie enjoys time with her two French Bulldog's and you may also find her socialising with friends.
Daniel has worked in the financial services industry for just under 3 years. Prior to this he had worked in the Estate Agency sector helping people move since 2016.
Before becoming part of the team at Key Mortgages he was working at a large mortgage broker firm based within a busy estate agent in Lincoln, to which he learnt a great deal of knowledge with helping clients buy their dream home and getting them that all important mortgage offer out.
Having worked with Ryan before and both being experts in their field, Daniel couldn't wait to be a part of the team and help support our clients giving them specialist advice and making sure they have a stress-free journey from start to finish.
At home Daniel enjoys spending his time and going on long walking adventures with his Labradoodle Cooper and seeing close friends.
We are in partnership with PASIC, a local charity supporting families across the East Midlands living with cancer. Find out more about their work by following this link.
To show our support we will be donating £20 for every mortgage application that we do along with fundraisers in the near future.
