Ryan Joyce

Ryan Joyce

Director / Mortgage Adviser

Ryan has worked in financial services since he was 18 years old. Working his way through various jobs within the banking industry he eventually went onto his first Mortgage advice role in 2013.

His final job before setting up Key Mortgages and Protection, later to become Key Mortgages, was working for a large mortgage broker firm where he won several awards for service and performance. Ryan felt that he could take the vast wealth of knowledge he had gained and make the process of getting a mortgage much easier and more personal. He therefore decided to set up his own company at the beginning of 2020, to make that difference for his customers.

Ryan was born in Nottingham and other than a few years away in Lincoln and Leicester has lived and worked in Nottingham all of his life. He is a keen footballer and golfer and loves to talk about all things travel related.

Before becoming part of the team at Key Mortgages he was working at a large mortgage broker firm based within a busy estate agent in Lincoln. There he gained a great deal of knowledge around helping clients to buy their dream home and getting them that all important mortgage offer sent out.

Having worked with Ryan before and both being experts in their field, Daniel couldn't wait to be a part of the team. He is here to help and support our clients by giving them specialist advice and making sure they have a stress-free journey from start to finish.

At home Daniel enjoys spending his time going on long walking adventures with his Labradoodle Cooper and seeing close friends.

Having worked locally to where she grew up in West Bridgford, Jane has covered numerous estate agency offices in her time throughout the East & West Midlands, Kent and South East London. Gaining a great knowledge of a range of client circumstances, property build types and mortgage options, its no surprise she was known as 'the oracle' in her previous job roles!

Away from the office Jane can be found riding her new forest ponies, having been a life long passion she openly states that's why she works and that they keep her sane! She also enjoys being in the kitchen as she is a keen baker and cook although she is a big fan of eating out too!

Joel Adams

Joel Adams

During the covid-19 lockdown, Joel went on to complete his CeMap qualification and moved into advice.

After a busy few years working for a brokerage in Derby, Joel moved to Sheffield to work as a mortgage advisor, specialising in shared ownership mortgages. This provided him with knowledge and experience of helping clients to get onto the property ladder. Having known Ryan for a number of years and seeing the level of service Key mortgages were giving to clients, he was eager to join the team.

Joel was born in Nottingham and has worked around the area for most of his life. In his spare time, he is an avid golfer and enjoys watching football. When he’s not golfing, he likes to spend time socializing with his family or snuggling with his cat Pepper.
