I could not be more appreciative of Joel and the team at Key Mortgages for their help and guidance during quite a stressful and difficult process of trying to buy my first home. I really do not know what I would have done without their fantastic weekly communication and guidance the whole way through the process. Despite the almost 7 month process, the team constantly checked in, kept me updated and chased my solicitors, the estate agents, and the seller’s solicitors throughout. I cannot fault their service and know I would not have been able to do it on my own, whilst working full time. They took so much of the pressure from me and I cannot recommend them enough. It’s my first time dealing with Mortgages and I was glad I was passed Key Mortgages details. Lucy, has been really helpful, every step of the way. Having the app is great to, to quickly ask a question on the chat, Ellie and the customer support team are always there to help. Definitely recommend.

This experience can be overwhelming especially being a first time buyer but Key Mortgages have been with me every step of the way, keeping me updated which gave me peace of mind. I didn't feel alone at all and the good thing is that they work as a team so there's always someone available to look after you and answer your questions pretty quickly and in a very polite manner. The other thing I'm grateful for is that they kept chasing up the lawyers and the seller on my behalf and that's something that I wouldn't have been confident to do by myself. I'm super happy.
